Helpdesk

The helpdesk is manned during daytime in the CET (Central European Time) between 7.00 – 19.00 hours, to EDT (Eastern Daylite Time, American) between 7 am – 7 pm hours.

Chatt Service

Our chatt service is available directly. The issues are answered directly or as quickly as possible.

Specialist services

Some specialist services require more time-consuming efforts. These should be planned by time orders.

Self-study Courses

We will also provide digital manuals, instructional films and pure self-study courses for contract customers.
