Engineering Standards

Most of the drawings have been constructed on the basis of some engineering standard, either local, national or international. When converting large quantities of drawings, it is common for several different standards to be used. It is therefore important to determine which standard new drawings are to be built to and how existing drawings, made to a different standard, are to be handled in the event of revisions.

Adherence to a standard facilitates interaction with various stakeholders in their sector and is an important part of the digitisation of drawings. We work and comply with a large number of varying standards and offer to make changes where coordination is required. The most common is to change the drawing form and drawing stamp while keeping the content unchanged. This creates a reasonable scope and, with the introduction of new standardised drawing stamps, the digital documents can be automatically loaded into a management database.
